本研究由「綠色建築」的理念來檢視校園音環境,在一般教室的學習環境上,希望以自然的嗓音來授課、討論、發問,而不使用麥克風及擴音系統,就是充分表現「綠色理念」,以校園而言,一個低噪音、不使用擴音系統、呈現愉悅感覺的音環境,就是“綠色的音環境”,本研究即由此觀點,將所量測之校園環境音量、各校之周圍環境資料及台南市數值地圖所擷取之資料進行因素分析,將各可能因素進行歸類,以了解校園綠色音環境之影響因子為何,本研究結果顯示,校園色音環境的影響因素包括:校地面積與棟距、使用麥克風比例、開放空間的綠覆率、周圍建築物密度與面臨道路寬度,其中當每生所享有校地面積27/人,校舍間棟距大於22.8m時,其環境音量可低於60dB(A),而教室使用麥克風的比例每增加10%,校園環境音量將增加2 dB(A),當增加10%的綠覆率時,環境音量可降低1 dB(A),校園周圍建築密度與道路寬度會與其環境音量成正比的關係,分析結果證明都市中之建築密度及道路寛度對校園綠色音環境具實質與關鍵性的影響力,若藉由都市計畫手法改善都市校園音環境是確實可行且具效果。

The Exploration of Urban Campus Green-Sound Environment FactorsBased on the Public Junior High Schools in Tainan

Abstract

Based on everyone’s learning experience, no noise and pleasant learning environment is expected and preferred in classroom. On campus, not using amplifier system and microphones can shape a low-noise learning environment, and fully express the concept of green-sound environment. In order to obtain the factors influencing campus green-sound environment, this research recorded environmental volume of public junior high schools campus on Tainan and understood the surroundings of these schools. The factor analysis was carried out in accordance with the collected data, including campus area, building distance, usage of microphones, green cover percentage, surrounding building density, and width of nearby streets. The results show that the environment volume can be controlled under 60dB(A), when available area per student is larger than 27m2 and campus buildings distance is more than 22.8m. When microphone usage increases 10%, the campus environment volume will increase 2 dB (A). When green cover percentage increases 10%, the environment volume can be decreased 1dB(A). This research proves that building density and street width have positive relations with environment volume. In addition, it provided that urban design is an accessible approach to improve urban campus sound environment.
